Filling out Indemnification Agreement for Corporations

 

If the company is a Corporation then the owners must sign the Indemnification Agreement as follows:

 

The "President" of the corporation should sign for the corporation.  (If the "President" is unable to sign then another corporate officer who has the authority to sign for the corporation should sign).  Then all corporate owners must sign as personal indemnitors.  

 

If the owners are married, then spousal signatures may also be required as indemnitors.

 

Example:  AAA Auto Sales, Inc. (Owners are Eileen O'Conner and Jacob Onye.  Their spouses are Bill O'Conner and Mary Onye.)
